Background

The introvert/extravert dynamic is complex. Introverts and extraverts typically exhibit significant differences in behavior, interaction preferences and work style. And the two often differ in what, when, and how they communicate. Such differences often lead to frayed nerves and ruffled feathers. Worse, they can create misunderstandings, reduced productivity and flawed results. These differences pose challenges in the software/IT industry because introverts are represented out of proportion to their numbers in the general population, yet a large proportion of their customers and management (and, of course, some of their team-mates) are extraverts.
 
Business analysts face the challenges associated with these behaviors on almost every project. This one-hour online seminar is for BAs and everyone else who wants to better understand introversion and extraversion and its implications in the workplace. We’ll take both a serious and a light-hearted look at the introvert/extravert dynamic.

Access - The seminar is delivered using Cisco Webex Meeting Center. When you join the online meeting using the link provided in a confirmation email, you will be asked to either phone a US toll number or connect using a computer head set. If you phone in to the audio conference using the toll number provided, long distance toll charges will apply. If you connect using a computer head set with microphone (VOIP), no toll charges will apply.

Registration fee is non-refundable. Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the seminar. If you are unable to attend, you may view the recording of the session missed within 15 days.
